Using the ComMarker B4 Fiber Laser Engraving Machine is simple. Just follow the eight steps below to complete the process.
1. Place the Parts on the Table
Begin by unpacking all components of the ComMarker B4 fiber laser engraver. Lay them out on a clean, flat surface to ensure you have all the necessary parts and tools before starting the assembly.
2. Place the Coupling on the Right Place of the Shaft
Locate the shaft on your laser engraver. ensuring it fits snugly in its designated spot. The coupling is essential for connecting the motor to the laser head, allowing precise movements during operation.
3. Fasten the Coupling with the Inlaid Screws
Once the coupling is in place, use the provided inlaid screws to secure it tightly. This ensures the coupling stays firmly attached to the shaft during the engraving process.
4. Fasten the Supporting Pole with the Screws

8. Connect the Laser Machine with the Computer and Switch on the Machine

7. Adjust the Height of the Auxiliary Holder According to the Focus Length
Adjust the height of the auxiliary holder to match the focus length of your laser engraver. This step is crucial to achieve the correct focal point for precise engraving.
8. Fasten the Small Ring to Fix the Auxiliary Holder with the Right Focus Point
Once you have adjusted the height, fasten the small ring to lock the auxiliary holder in place. Ensure the holder is fixed at the correct focus point to optimize engraving accuracy.
How to Install the Drivers for Your Fiber Laser Engraver?

1. Open Device Management

- Clean Field Lens: Clean the field lens with a clean cloth. If the lens cover is not removed during marking, it can cause pollution and weaker laser performance.
- Replace Field Lens: If the field lens is too polluted, it may need to be replaced.
Q14: Which version of LightBurn software is right for the ComMarker B4?
