Received unit well packed and undamaged. Unit was a little difficult to setup on an Apple Mac computer, but is now working. ComMarker technical support was quick to respond to my questions, Now just beginning to learn how to use and what all it can do with the laser. Have made several successful engravings so far.

This has been amazing. It is a definite game changer to my business.

I am extremely excited about this machine. As a self-taught DIY guy with a bunch of semi-pro and hobby power tools, this is exactly what I needed for my smaller metal projects. The cutting duty was easy, finished in about 37 분. All the parts are very precise, the machine is rock solid C and also heavy and takes up quite a lot of space. What's also cool is the Facebook community. It's full of useful tips and people who are more than willing to lend a hand when you run into issues or need advice.

Just got my UV engraver, and I can't wait to start on my next project!

Instructions - 9/10: The instructions and all the docs that came with it were really good. They give you a solid manual, kind of like a well-sized book, complete with clear directions and pictures that make sense.

품질 - The initial impression on quality is 10/10. The engraving quality is simply amazing. This machine has impressive power, making the engraving item much more efficient, even the steel. Now I'm a fan of this machine.

옴니 1 arrived in UK in about 10 날. My first Galvo Laser, still learning from scratch with the lightburn software but already amazing peoples around me.
I bought the 5W with no regreat but if I have the budget, I will go for the 10W.
