I asked ComMarker for the specific model number and they provided me with a sample copy of a test report that gave me the model number and tested specifications. It turns out they are using a newer model of the laser module and I was able to verify the specifications from the MAX website and another MAX distributor website. It is a better version than their older models and is now more comparable to its competitors. For those curious I’ve attached a picture of my test report.

With that settled, I pulled the trigger and ordered it. Just after I ordered the chaos of the tariff changes began. I contacted ComMarker and they assured me they would be able to fulfill the order at the price I paid and that taxes and duties would be included.
