ComMarker Q2 IR Laser engraver-2W: Portable and Lightning Speed

The machine arrived very fast in less than a month. Only inconvenience was that I had to pay additional duty when arriving to Malaysia. I engrave on a lot of metal, so this machine is very suitable. Able to engrave on any surface. It is also capable of cutting through aluminum easily. They provided all necessary manuals and guides to quickly get started. It was a smooth experience for me. Highly recommended.

We received our safety enclosure, but the top was damaged during shipping. I contacted their support, and it was handled immediately. We received a new top replacement piece and it's all working great.
